What is a TEAM?   What is it’s purpose?:  Teams are the main grouping unit within StripesGamer.com designed to help players get together and form a playing unit. Teams do not individually compete in games, they must activate a SQUAD to do this. Why Squads? Imagine an Olympic team like Team USA in which it competes in numerous sports like swimming, volleyball, and soccer... The StripesGamer.com system works in a similar fashion. A Team is created and then Squads are created for each "sport" such as a Call of Duty squad and a Rainbow Six squad. The main purpose of a team is to give users the ability to join with friends and participate in the community aspects as well as the competitive aspects of the system. You are NOT restricted to joining only one team, you may join several, but you can only CREATE one team and play on ONE squad per game.

What are you looking at here? On this page, you will see your Team Profile, Members Manager, Squad Manager, and Match Manager. You can also Edit Your Team Profile, Manage Roles and Invitations, Message Your Team, Create a Team Blog, and more! This is your main management page for your team enterprise and the starting point to your team career.

MENU TABS—the main menu found within the message center provides you an easy way to organize your messages. 

Team Profile: This is the default page you come to showing your Profile, Team Members, Team Squads, Recent/Upcoming Matches, Active Matches, Announcements, and Blogs.
Members: Members is the place in which you invite members to your team and manage their roles on your team.
Squads: In order to play in a game, you must activate a squad and assign team members to this squad.
Matches: This is the place to manage the matches of your different squads.

TEAM MEMBERS—This will display the players who have accepted invites and joined your team.

TEAM SQUADS—This will list all the squads that you have activily participating on the site.

RECENT/UPCOMING MATCHES—This will show your current match schedule.

ACTIVE MATCHES—This area shows the matches that require action by the Squad Leader or Co-Leader.

TEAM ANNOUNCEMENTS—Here you can click ADD ANNOUNCEMENT to communicate with your team. You can also add or comment on your teams blog.
